It does not however mention where to get help with a potential refund. However, you can call them at (202) 326-3457 if you are due a refund and have not been contacted by them. Their statement "Get a free Experian credit report when you begin a free 30-day CreditCheck® monitoring trial. If you don't cancel your membership within the 30-day trial period, you will be billed $12.00 each month that you continue your membership." cannot be misinterpreted. To obtain that free report, you must go to www.annualcreditreport.com." will direct you to the website where you actually can get a free credit report. The free credit report site allows you to get a free report once every 12 months from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. They also acknowledge that reviewing your credit report is an effective tool to help prevent the harmful effects of identity theft.Additionally, they answer some basic credit questions for you in an unbiased manner.
